PASYOU SR20 Adjustable Squat & Bench Press Rack for Home Gym

Wow very good.. I use it 5 time a week and thrust me it is solid and does the job.. I am 5"11 and weight 195. Doesn't move side to side like some people would be scared of. Easy to assemble. Took me a few minutes listening to the music at the same time lol.

This power tower is very stable and of great build quality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to work out at home. I am 180cm tall and when at max height, the power tower allows me to do pull ups with basically straight legs.Unfortunately, one of the components was slightly faulty (The knob did not screw onto the bolt). However, after emailing PASYOU support about the issue, they dispatched a replacement part very promptly and I was able to complete the build. Simon from PASYOU was of great assistance in the matter and did all that he could to help resolve the issue.

Everything is fine except 1.I wished the manufacturer kept the same design of knot bolts throughout. It was quite difficult to screw some different bolts that included flat heads and couldn’t not push properly by hand and then use the provided tool to tighten.

Ich habe lange gesucht bis die Wahl auf diese Station fiel. Aufgrund der niedrigen Deckenhöhe im Keller waren andere Stationen teilweise einfach zu hoch. Diese lässt sich mehrfach in der Höhe verstellen.Der Aufbau selbst war einfach, gut beschrieben und lässt sich alleine machen. Selbst das Werkzeug lag bei (incl. Ratsche).Die Station steht seit gut einem 1/2 Jahr im Trainingsraum. Nach 4 Wochen vorsichtshalber einmal alle Schrauben nachgezogen, aber das war's dann. Sie ist mehrfach während der Woche in Benutzung und erfüllt ihren Zweck daheim vollumfänglich. Tolles Gerät. Ich möchte sie nicht mehr missen.Schade, dass ich mir diese Station nicht schon früher gekauft habe.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de commenter, cette fois, je ne peux pas m'empêcher de faire des louanges sur ce produit.Je suis content de la qualité (pour niveau amateur) du produit, tant pour sa fonction que pour le contenu de montage (les clés de serrage des boulons étaient même fournies). Je suis très content, alors que j'avais un léger doute à la lecture des plus anciens commentaires (peut-être qu'ils ont évolués aujourd'hui vers une qualité supérieure).

Die Langhanhantelablage ist sehr stabil und erfüllt ihren Zweck wie vorgesehen.Ich habe im Gegensatz wie hier schon beschrieben, keine Probleme mit den Armabständen beim Bankdrücken.Bei voller ausgezogener Breite, kann ich das Bankdrücken sauber ausführen ohne mit den Armen eingeengt zu sein.Ich bin mit 175 cm jetzt auch nicht der größte Mann, komme aber hier wie gesagt sehr gut klar.Der Aufbau war super einfach und war schnell erledigt.Hier braucht es nicht einmal den Plan dazu, da reicht die Abbildung um zu erkennen, wo was ran kommt.Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit der Ablage...

Not to hard to assemble and it's pretty sturdy. The best feature is being able to adjust the height of the pullup bar. Great for people of varying heights or if you need to adjust for the ceiling height.

Der PASYOU Power Tower wurde gut verpackt geliefert. Man sollte am Besten eigenes Werkzeug für den Zusammenbau benutzen.Der Kraftturm / Power Tower steht stabil auf dem Boden. Das Material ist hochwertig und gut verarbeitet.Man kann div. Übungen jetzt machen, wobei der Turm hauptsächlich für den Bauch gedacht ist. Dips (mit dem Kopf zum Polster) sind möglich und auch Liegestütze an den unten am Boden liegenden Holmen. Da diese etwas höher sind, kommt man mit dem Oberkörper etwas weiter runter. Die Griffe sind gepolstert. Bauchschlaufen kann man an der Klimmzugstange auch einhängen. Das Schöne dabei, das man nicht hin und her schwingen tut, da einen das verstellbare Polster im Rückenbereich stützt.Die Klimmzugstange fand ich jetzt nicht so ideal. Man kann Bizeps (enger Griff) dran trainieren, aber für Klimmzüge fand ich den Griffbereich doch etwas zu breit. Der Preis von 130 Euro geht in Ordnung.

Very well packaged with minimal waste to dispose of. Very easy to asemble with clear instructions and itemised parts. Strong and sturdy enough for me (180cm and 75kg). Does not take up too much space. Really pleased with this.

I researched all similar products for under $200. This product is the heaviest. It's very sturdy and easy to install. Doing pushups facing the back can cause you to hit the backboard, but it is not an issue if you face the front, as your back and hip are safe to hit. The exercise effects of facing the front and back are the same, so you don't have to do pushups while facing the back.The unit's width is 27", and the frame bars' width is 2". So, the space between the two bars is 23". The product graph shows a width of 19" at the top and 20" in the middle. That refers to the length of the foam cover at the top and the space between the two elbow cushions. Those two numbers are unimportant and can be considered misleading.Overall, this is a nice and quality product.

This is very good quality materials for a home gym piece of equipment. The tubing is wide, the footprint is wide, the welding is good, and the joint assemblies are braced.Between my kids and I it took about 45 minutes to assemble this. There are a good amount of bolts. It definitely helps to have a helper to hold things upright while you insert the bolts elsewhere. They included a very nice ratcheting wrench which was easily the nicest tool I've ever received that came with a product. After assembly, it is fairly easy to move it around the room to where you want it to be. It would be hard to get in up stairs when assembled, though.The padding is nice and in the right spot. I feel comfortable and stable when using this.It does have adjustable height which is useful. It is somewhat hard to adjust because you have to use one hand to pull out each pin simultaneously, and then it will fall to a lower setting by gravity, so you have to lift it up with something else, but your hands are both occupied holding the pins out. So I ended up lifting the bar with my neck or head while holding the pins, which was awkward and difficult. For this reason, I don't see myself adjusting it often. It will just stay put.When the bar is adjusted to any of the lower 3 or 4 positions, due to it's proximity to the horizontal arm rests, you can't do a pull-up using the wide handle because your arms would run into the arm rests. So wide pull-ups only work when the bar is extended to the upper positions.I would have liked the dip handles to be a little closer together and a little wider. As is, it feels too wide and therefore awkward. I am also not sure what the bottom handles are for on the base bar. Push-ups?Lastly, don't expect to do any kipping pull-ups. There isn't enough room to kip without hitting the back rest, and it will also tip the thing over. This will be best for regular, strict pull-ups.

Great for the home gym. More than sturdy enough unless you're an Arnold Schwarzenegger sized powerlifter. But if you were, you wouldn't be looking at this.Easy to adjust and move around. Excellent value.

Not a bad product I keep mine in the kitchen so every time I go out I'll do some chin ups/ dips or leg raises massive kitchen so plenty of room. The tubing could do with being slightly thicker hence 4* but you get what you pay for, does the job for what I need it for.
