I am really impressed at how easy it was to put together and how rocksolid it is. It looks really well-made relative to other fitness equipment I’ve had in the past. There is a video right here in the listing and I watch that so that’s how I put it together. I think it took me less than 10 minutes. I also bought it because I don’t have a lot of room in my apartment and I needed it to fold up and it does that quite easily.

I ordered this bench for my home gym. Out of the box it was very easy to assemble the small amount that was required. The materials are high quality and I'm really impressed with the stability. The padding is also great. For the price point, you will not go wrong with this bench !

The instructions are sufficiently clear but English is not the author's first language. Packaging is excellent. Assembly is easy with the two supplied tools. Buyers should note that folding the bench for storage requires removal of an easily accessible and removable "lock" pin. That pin must be securely inserted into its proper position to make the bench safe and usable as intended. The bench is overbuilt for my purposes. The two spring loaded adjustment knobs for the seat and backrest are great conveniences.
